**Horizontal Gear Return Policy**

At Horizontal Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 5 days of receiving it.

**Return Guidelines:**

1. **Eligibility**: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
2. **Return Window**: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
3. **Process**:
   - Contact our customer support to request a return authorization number.
   - Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.
4. **Shipping**: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
5. **Refunds**: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

**Exclusions**: Custom orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
